1. Agreement of Work
All website development, speed optimization, and redesign projects start with a finalized contract outlining deliverables, timelines, and payment structures.
2. PageSpeed Guarantee
Our 95+ PageSpeed guarantee is valid for the codebase at delivery. Additional third-party scripts, unoptimized plugins, or large media uploaded later by the client may affect loading times.
3. Support & Updates
Each package includes a fixed duration of priority support (e.g., 1 month, 6 months, or 1 year). Extended support contracts can be arranged separately upon request.
